Rates:

Cottage Per Day: $98.00 per couple
Room Per Day: $65.00 per couple
 Hawaiian Continental Breakfast provided with prior arrangements

 $15.00 per day for additional person
up to (2) people

Additional (2) bedding (roll aways) available upon request,
for more than (4) people in cottage
(6) maximum

10% discount (7 days and over)
  (*Hawaii State Taxes are not included in Rates)

Cancellations:

One night's payment is required in advance to hold reservations for stays of (1-3) nights. Resevations for more than (3) nights require a 50% deposit.

If reservations are cancelled (2) weeks prior to arrival date, all deposits recieved shall be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled within
the (2) weeks of arrival date, the deposit shall be forfeited.

*There will be no refunds of deposit for reservations during special holidays:
Christmas/New Years (Dec.15 thru Jan.15)
Merry Monarch Festivals (April 20-May 7) Thanksgiving (Nov. 15-30)
