The small town of Kamuela is set in the middle of Parker Ranch, it’s expansive spread
covering over 225,000 acres. We sit at approximately a 2,500 ft. elevation at the foot of
the often snow capped mountain of Mauna Kea. Our small and intimate town offers rolling
hills, cattle, pheasant, wild turkey, and true paniolo (cowboy) who have worked this ranch
for generations since it’s beginning in 1847 by John Palmer Parker.
Kamuela Inn is a thirty one room bed and breakfast accommodating our local visitors from
different islands as well as visitors from afar. This blending offers an excellent
opportunity for cultural sharing in our sunny coffee lanai in the mornings. We are set
back off the two lane road which insures quiet tranquillity and privacy. Our Inn is thirty
minutes from the Big Islands’ finest white sand beaches in one direction and ten
minutes from superlative, reasonably priced golf in the other. Our whole bed and breakfast
experience at Kamuela Inn combines old world charm with all the modern conveniences of
home. I’m sure you will find our accommodations your home away from home as so many

Comfortable cozy rooms and suites with private baths, with or without
kitchenettes, all with cable color television. Complimentary continental breakfast served in our coffee lanai every
morning. Situated in a quiet, peaceful setting, just off of highway 19, Conveniently
located near shops, retail outlets, banks, theatres, parks, tennis courts, museums,
restaurants and post office.
Following are the room descriptions and prices for our rooms at the
Kamuela Inn. 
Standard Rooms: $59.00 plus tax
Cozy country rooms with either one double or two twin beds.
 Deluxe Rooms: $72.00 plus tax
Our deluxe rooms come in several bed combinations (One king, one queen, two twin, or one
double and one twin). Two of these rooms have a private lanai perfect for intimate
conversation. 
Suite (Sleeps three): $89.00 plus tax
Two of these suites have their own kitchenettes complete with four burner stove top,
refrigerator, and dining table as well as a single bed in the living quarters. The bedroom
holds a large, comfortable queen size bed as well as it's own private bathroom. Two of
these suites are set up with one twin in the living quarters and two twin beds in the
bedroom as well as all amenities listed above.
 Suite (Sleeps four): $99.00 plus tax.
This ample suite has kitchen amenities. Along with the stove, refrigerator, and dining
table there is a double bed in the living quarters. The private bedroom holds two twin
beds as well as a private bathroom. Our upstairs suites have a view of Mauna Kea Mountain.
Penthouse Suites: $99.00 plus tax each / both for $185.00 plus
tax
Penthouse One sleeps two on a queen bed and includes a full bath, sunset lanai and
wet bar. It is on our third floor and has a panoramic view of Kamuela to include a
fantastic view of our famous Mauna Kea mountain where telescopes from all over the world
are housed.
Penthouse Two sleeps three with a king and single bed. It also includes a full
kitchen and bath. MAUNA KEA WING This wing is our newest addition. These accommodations are not only
newer but more spacious, the rooms upstairs having open beam ceilings, and large windows
allowing more light. As above, these rooms also have private bath and cable color
TV. 
Rooms with King Bed $85.00 plus tax
Rooms with two Twin Bed $79.00 plus tax
 Executive Suites: $185.00 plus tax
Very private and located in our newly completed Mauna Kea wing our spacious (900 - 1000
sq. ft.) Executive Suites are the ultimate in peacefulness, comfort, and charm. These
suites feature antiques, full kitchens, and beautiful views. Cancellation policy for KAMUELA INN
A credit card number or one nights deposit is required to hold a room at the Kamuela Inn.
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the booking date, cancellations made after
that time will be charge a one night stay.
